How soon after roasting will my coffee be shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast in small batches daily. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, so you receive your beans at their peak flavor profile.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can purchase whole beans to grind at home for maximum freshness, or select a specific grind size tailored for Espresso, Drip, Aeropress, or French Press.
Where does JAVA Coffee Roasters source its beans?
We source high-quality, specialty-grade Arabica beans through ethical direct-trade relationships with farmers in regions such as Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate oils and flavors of the beans.

Yes, we ship our fresh roasts globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
