At JAVA Coffee Roasters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we offer comprehensive support for equipment and quality concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team within 14 days of receipt if you experience any issues with your coffee quality or equipment functionality.
- 2.Provide Proof
Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or defective equipment to expedite the review process.
- 3.Return Authorization
For non-perishable hardware, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your return is inspected or your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement immediately.
